Summary: The unit was very clean. Had everything we needed for the four days Plenty of parking for 2 cars AlsoHad a very nice washer and dryer that we used The outside seated 6 and made the unit seem much bigger. Pool and hot tub was a very nice touch both days and yet a long day of fishing. Hope to stay next year.

Summary: Very nice house in Port Clinton with nice view of Lake Erie. Good central location with many 'Biggest Week in American Birding' sites within easy driving distance (15-45 minutes). Several very good restaurants in downtown area. dining establishments in Port Clinton.

Summary: Overall stay was great! Many pros to this property: 1) location within walking distance to beach at Port Clinton, Lakeview Park, restaurants, downtown Port Clinton 2) plenty of space inside for our family of 5 adults and two children 3) pool was wonderful and appreciate all of the pool/beach toys 4) bikes both for adults and two smaller ones for kids 5) kitchen had good appliances and several dishes, pots pans, and utensils 6) private bathroom for each bedroom 7) comfortable beds with the two queen beds on the main floor being adjustable 8) great washer and dryer Cons: 1) several pots/skillets had loose handles and we had to screw them on better 2) some lights weren’t working 3) stairwell handle up to third floor is broken 4) pantry door in kitchen is missing screws and caused door to stick 5) but the main issue is that there were many spider webs and cobwebs over all of the deck space and exterior doors. We were unable to use the deck space especially at night because the spiders were out so much, plus we killed a few smaller ones indoors, webs are covering much of the huge windows that overlook the lake so it distracts from the view. A really good spraying for spiders and then power washing the deck and windows would be helpful. It is a nice property but could use some TLC on the inside for upkeep as wear and tear. happens.
